To locate
a patient or waiting area, please ask a representative
at the Information Desk in the main lobby.
Telephones
To call a patient room from outside the hospital,
call 330-344-6000 or dial direct if you know the
patient's extension. All patient rooms have telephones
except ICU, CCU and CSU.
Public telephones are located
in the main lobby and throughout the hospital.
A courtesy phone in the main lobby will connect
you to any patient room or internal extension.
The use of cellular phones is not permitted inside
the hospital. This means they should be turned
off upon entering the hospital and outpatient
buildings.
Telecommunications Devices for
the Deaf (TDD) are available from the Telecommunications
Office, and a public TDD telephone is available
in the main lobby.
Condition Reports
For the condition of a patient, call Patient Information
at 330-344-6100. Details concerning a patient's
illness or medical treatment will not given and
information on psychiatric patients is not released.
In compliance with HIPAA regulations, condition
reports and admission status for patients choosing
to opt out of our patient directory will not be
released.
