Visitor parking is available in a surface lot or in one of our three parking decks. Handicapped parking is reserved at various locations on the Medical Center campus.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available at the Medical Center's main lobby entrance, Heart & Vascular Center entrance and at the Emergency Department/Radiation Oncology entrances. See rates below.
Picking up a Patient
Parking charges are waived for drivers taking a patient home after a hospital stay. If picking up a patient, please park in the visitor parking deck and bring the parking ticket in to be validated. Move your vehicle to the main entrance only when the patient is actually leaving the room. A staff member will escort the patient to the entrance and remain with the patient until you arrive. If your family member or friend will have an extended stay, ask a parking deck attendant for information about a weekly parking pass.
The Ohio Fire Code requires that fire lanes be left open. Cars left unattended in fire lanes around the hospital will be towed at the owner's expense.
Public Transportation
Metro bus schedules are available in the main lobby foyer.
Security
We provide 24-hour security staff who make frequent rounds. Security staff are also available to escort visitors to their cars. Call extension 47604 from a hospital phone.
