Group exercise classes are a fun way to get fit and stay motivated. Open to all members, our group classes are offered at a variety of times, and are geared to all fitness levels. Members 16 years of age and older may attend classes during dependent hours. There is no charge for most classes, unless noted on the schedules. Classes with an additional charge may include Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Ballroom Dancing. Over seventy classes are offered weekly, based on availability and interest. Fitness staff members are available to review your file and recommend classes that are right for you.

Members are asked to sign in prior to each group exercise class. Advance sign-in is available for specialty classes, ECP and BOSU. Members are asked to put on workout attire and shoes before entering the studios.

It is very important to perform the warm-up at the beginning of each class. Therefore, no one will be admitted into class if they arrive 10 minutes after the class begins. Each 60 minute class begins with a rhythmic warm-up and dynamic stretching segment and conclude with muscular conditioning, abdominal exercises and a cool-down stretch.

New Group Exercise Classes
New to LifeStyles is the Family FitStyles class held Friday evenings from 6 - 7 p.m. Suitable for ages six – adult. Members can attend alone or the entire family can participate together.

Ask about our new Mind Body program and our newest class - Pilates Reformer. Build strength without bulking up, tone your torso, thighs and back. Also, ask us about private and semi-private sessions available for Pilates Reformer, Pilates and Yoga.
