Printed Copies of Patient & Visitor Information and Services
If you are a patient, you will receive a booklet called "A Welcome Packet for Patients," that provides important information about your stay.
Visitors can pick up our "Patient & Visitor Conveniences" guide, which also contains information about visiting your friend or loved one. This guide can found at nursing stations, in waiting areas, in our Community Health Library, located off of the hospital's main lobby, and by request. It contains weekly television schedules, visiting hours and other helpful information for your convenience.
