Objectives:

• To provide understanding of the current concepts of the pathophysiology of acute coronary disease.

Description:

• Work up and provide ongoing care for patients suffering from acute myocardial infarction and pre-infarction syndrome.
• Receive introduction to intracardiac pacing, hemodynamic monitoring and the utilization of drug therapy for acute life-threatening arrhythmias.
