Health Career Scholarship
In a continuing effort to help recognize and support area students desiring a career in the medical field, Lodi Community Hospital and the Lodi Medical staff are proud to announce the expansion of their health career scholarship program to eight $1,000 health career scholarships. These scholarships are available for graduating seniors pursuing a career in any medical field at a four-year college or university.

This opportunity is now open to one local male student and one local female student each from Black River, Buckeye, Cloverleaf and Northwestern School Districts. Deadline is May 1. For more information, please contact Lodi Community Hospital Administration at 330-948-5501.

Nurse Practitioner - Lodi Community Care Center

Lodi COmmunity Hospital has an immediate opening for a full-time Nurse Practitioner. Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager MD Office, in collaboration with physicians, the Nurse Practitioner is responsible for total nursing control of specific patients under the direction of physicians. Follows established nursing standards, procedures, and practices, and gives specific patient care directions to nursing and other staff.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Master's degree required. Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program. Current license to practice in the State of Ohio. Certificate of Authority to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner. One year professional nursing experience in a physician office setting. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practice and medical care to give and evaluate patient care. Knowledge of organizational policies, regulations, and procedures to administer patient care.
