Akron General Partners is currently seeking on-call Personal Trainers for LifeStyles at their Health and Wellness Center in Stow. Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Health & Fitness, the Personal Trainer is responsible for their clients physical assessments, exercise prescription, and motivation, as well as policy enforcement, record keeping, and delivering excellent customer service at all times to every member.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in athletic training, physical therapy, exercise physiology, exercise science, physical education or other related discipline degree preferred. Specific certification in personal training required. Experience in the administration of physical assessments exercise prescriptions and program development. Basic computer operational skills preferred. Excellent communication and customer service related skills required. Ability to work variable hours as necessary. Possesses a professional attitude and demeanor. Capable of maintaining positive ongoing communications with clients and staff.
