Room Temperature
Each room has its own thermostat. Please let us know if you would like your room warmer or cooler, so that we can help you feel as comfortable as possible.
Your Bed
Your bed is adjustable. It is probably higher and more narrow than your bed at home. For your protection, upper side rails may be raised and beds are lowered at bedtime. When needed, call your nurse for help getting out of bed. We will change your bed linen when needed, or upon request. If you feel that your bed needs to be changed and it has not been, please let us know.
Visitors
Your family and friends are welcome and we encourage them to visit, when possible. Special arrangements can be made if a family member works during these hours.

Tan, Blue and Green
4 - 8 p.m. Weekdays
Noon - 8 p.m. Weekends and Holidays
Special arrangements upon request.
Your family and friends will probably want to know more about your condition and care. By law, we are not able to give them information about you without your permission. Please refer to the Notice of Privacy Practices included in this packet.
Family Education & Training
Your family is expected to attend a training session
so they will know how to assist you in your daily activities once you are discharged. Families may sign up on each nursing unit for sessions. Please speak to your care manager if you have questions.
