Family Physician Joins Lodi Community Care Center
Access to medical care in Lodi and surrounding communities just got easier with the addition of Dr. John Walker to the medical staff of Lodi Community Care Center. Dr. Walker graduated from the University of Kentucky - College of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Elizabeth Family Medicine Residency Program. He is Board Eligible through the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Walker is passionate about listening and understanding to his patients to address their unique health needs.
Lodi Community Care Center Physicians Rachel Baldi, MD and Kimberly Sheets, DO as well as Certified Nurse Practitioner Tonia Grawbowski, CNP are pleased to welcome Dr. Walker to the Highland Drive location. Lodi Community Care Center offers two convenient locations in Lodi: 221 Elyria Street & 402 Highland Drive. Lodi Community Care Center is a department of Lodi Community Hospital.
