Community Health Ventures provides home health services, durable medical equipment and hospice services through Visiting Nurse Service & Affiliates. Visiting Nurse Service started as a nonprofit agency in 1947 to help others in need of skilled care to be able to remain at home - where they want to be. Since then, VNS has grown to become a national home health industry leader.
