Physicians in Akron can now participate in Cleveland Clinic’s Quality Alliance program, which enables collaboration between independent and employed physicians to improve quality of care, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and provide access to expertise, data and experience.
New Equipment for Better Care and Comfort
Other investments at Akron General include new medical equipment that will link to a patient’s electronic medical record, including monitors, ventilators, TV system, nurse call systems, and “smart” IV pumps. New nursery isolettes for the care and comfort of our smallest patients.
