This service is not to be used in the case of emergencies, or for your urgent care needs.
At this time, this service is available only for adult patients age 18 and their children who are Ohio residents and are established patients. If you do not have a doctor and wish to make an appointment to become an established patient, please contact a participating practice, listed below.
