Group Exercise Open to all members! Group exercise classes are offered at a variety of times to all fitness levels. There is no charge for most classes. Approximately 75 classes are offered weekly and a fitness staff member would be happy to review your file and recommend the class which is best for you. Class availability is subject to change based on interest and class size.
For your safety and for management utilization, each member is asked to sign in prior to each group exercise class. Advance sign-in is not necessary nor permitted except for the specialty classes and ECP.
For your health and safety, it is very important to perform the warm-up and stretches at the beginning of each class. Therefore, no one will be admitted into class if they arrive 10 minutes after the class begins. All classes are one hour in length unless otherwise noted. Each participant is also asked to change from their street shoes into workout shoes prior to entering the studios.
