At your first appointment, clients receive a thorough fitness assessment, including weight, height, BMI, body fat analysis and more. Other body measurements, such as waist-to-hip, neck and thigh are also available based on our client’s preferences.
After the assessment, the LifeStyles personal trainer will ask you about your fitness level, lifestyle, health history, personal fitness goals and more. Based on your fitness assessments and your goals, we will create a personalized training schedule just for you.
At each session, you can expect to be encouraged and motivated by our staff to help you push beyond plateaus and achieve your ultimate fitness goals.
Personal training sessions are available to LifeStyles members. Rates start with half-hour sessions. We recommend a program of at least one session per week, for at least a month. Rates are the same for all trainers. Call us at 330-665-8140 (West) or 330-945-3106 (North) for details.
