Fitness Assessment & Exercise Prescription
Our credentialed staff offers two one-hour sessions for new members. The first session is a fitness assessment consisting of a variety of tests designed to assess your present level of fitness. Assessments include blood pressure, cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, flexibility, height, weight and body fat.

During the second session, the fitness instructor will take results from the first session and incorporate them into a personalized exercise prescription. Learn the correct way to operate cardiovascular and weight equipment. Staff is always available on the fitness floor to help you with equipment and questions regarding your program. If your workout needs a tune up, or you just need to be refreshed on your current routine, sign up for a re-assessment or re-prescription.

Exercise Consistency Club
Members can take advantage of special fitness software at LifeStyles to track daily aerobic and strength workouts. After exercising, input your workouts from the weight room, treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, group exercise class or similar activities. Monthly cardiovascular strength training workout totals are accumulated and accessed. This is a great way to keep track of your exercise routine. There is no cost for using the system or to be a member of the Exercise Consistency Club.
