Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course

Become a Red Cross-certified lifeguard. Participants must be 15 years old and possess strong swim skills. Registration begins March 25 for April 11 series and April 1 for May or July series.

When: April 11 - 25
Time: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 - 6:30 p.m., Saturday, 1 - 4 p.m.
Where: Health & Wellness Center – West, 4125 Medina Road, Akron

When: May 13 - 18
Time: Monday - Friday, 5 - 9:30 p.m., Saturday, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Where: Health & Wellness Center – North, 4300 Allen Road, Stow

When: July 10-25
Time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 1 - 4 p.m., Wednesday, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Where: Health & Wellness Center – West, 4125 Medina Road, Akron

Cost: $185 for LifeStyles members; $225 for guests
