Good Health in Store: Supermarket Tours for Diabetes

Lodi Community Hospital’s registered dietitian, Robin Waltenberger, and Miller Bros. Grocery help people with diabetes learn how to enjoy a variety of foods as part of a healthy diet. The supermarket tours provide a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in choosing the right foods to control blood sugar. Participants will learn about healthy eating, portion sizes, understanding food labels and what to avoid with diabetes.
