An eight-week program designed to reduce stress and increase well-being. Medication and yoga are used to cultivate awareness and reduce stress. It is based on the ancient practice of mindfulness, which is about waking up, being fully alive and being present for the richness of each moment of our lives. Mindfulness is paying attention on purpose in the present moment without judgement. Participants will practice meditation skills, discuss how bodies respond to stress and learn coping techniques.
