Objectives:

• To provide appropriate exposure for the medical student to recognize and participate in the treatment of musculoskeletal disease in the outpatient and inpatient setting.

Description:

• Through daily interactions with the teaching physician in the physician’s office, the student will learn how to properly perform a history and physical examination and determine an appropriate course of treatment.

• Participate in hospital consults as needed.
