Objectives:
- To provide experience in clinical gynecologic oncology and a variety of surgical gynecologic problems.
Description:
- Students will have direct patient contact and will work up and follow several patients per week.
- Students will perform initial consultative work-ups.
- Students will be under the direction of the Chief Resident on Gynecology and Eric L. Jenison, MD.
- Teaching materials will be provided through teaching file, standard textbooks, slide reviews and film library.
- Whenever possible, student will observe and participate in advanced surgical and Gyn/Oncology radical surgical
- Typical daily schedule: 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (individualized surgical and/or clinical activities).
