Our staff of physicians, nurses and other trauma specialists provide training opportunities for trauma for all healthcare professionals.

Trauma Nurse Core Courses (TNCC)
Provided three times a year and are offered to nurses who practice in Northeast Ohio.

Trauma Life Support Course
Provided twice a year in cooperation with area hospitals.

Trauma Conferences
Offered for the Akron/Canton areas on a quarterly basis. Provides a multidisciplinary perspective on trauma education and is open to all pre-hospital care providers, nurses and physicians.

Injury Prevention for Pre-hospital Providers
Trauma Services of Akron General Medical Center offer dive injury prevention and water safety lectures to multiple prehospital providers and at various community events. For more information, call 330-344-6504.
