Akron General’s award-winning, nationally recognized and medically supervised LifeStyles program is coming to the city of Green this July. Join now and save! LifeStyles is very different from other gyms and fitness facilities because it is a fitness program that uses medical integration as its guiding principle, meaning that fitness programs are built around an individual’s specific goals.
When members join LifeStyles, they start with a free computerized fitness assessment and exercise prescription plan conducted by degreed professionals who assist in developing an exercise plan that meets your needs. As members begin to work toward their goals, they have the opportunity to review their progress with the staff after three, six and 12 months, or whenever they feel necessary.
