Are reflux and heartburn changing your lifestyle, from the way you sleep to the foods you can enjoy? Are you tired of all the added medications you take daily just to eliminate the discomfort, not to mention the worry of long-term side effects?
Make plans to attend a free heartburn treatment information session on Wednesday, June 27, at 6 p.m. at Akron General’s Health & Wellness Center – West, 4125 Medina Road, Akron. Meet gastroenterologist Richard Salvino, MD, and surgeons Charudutt Paranjape, MD, Walter Chlysta, MD, and William Papouras, MD, as they present information on heartburn and the latest in treatment options, including incisionless and minimally invasive surgery. You’ll also have the opportunity to talk with people who’ve had the surgery.
Call the Akron General Heartburn Center at 330-344-BURN (2876) to reserve your seat! For more information about the Akron General Heartburn Center, visit akrongeneral.org/heartburn.
