Summa Health System and Akron General Health System are proud to be collaborating on a joint bra drive for a local charity, Breast Oasis, that collects and distributes gently used bras to local women in need and provides additional breast health education. At the end of the bra drive, the health system that collects the most gently used bras will be announced by Breast Oasis. The bra drive will run until July 27. Breast Oasis is an Akron-based organization that supports women by collecting, cleaning and distributing new and gently used bras. All bras collected in the drive will be distributed by Breast Oasis to local women in need. People are encouraged to bring new and gently used bras to the following locations: Akron General Health System:- Akron General Medical Center, main lobby, 400 Wabash Ave., Akron
- Akron General Health & Wellness Center – West, 4125 Medina Rd., Montrose
Summa Health System- Summa Akron City Hospital Plant Place gift shop, 2nd floor, 525 E. Market St., Akron
