When you join LifeStyles, you'll start with a computerized fitness assessment and exercise prescription plan conducted by our professionals who assist you with developing an exercise plan that meets your needs. As you begin to work toward your goals, you have the opportunity to review your progress with our staff after three, six and twelve months, or when you feel necessary.
