Antonio Altieri
Antonio was born in Akron and educated in Italy where he spent one year in the army where he found the passion to help others through the world of fitness. Antonio holds two certifications through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He is a personal trainer specializing in performance nutrition. With six years experience in the fitness industry in Italy and one year in Rhode Island, he specializes in helping clients of all ages achieve total health through exercise, nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.


Jason Baron NSCA-CPT, MBA
Jason is a graduate of Malone College with a bachelor’s degree in Adult Fitness. He is certified as a personal trainer through the NSCA. Jason specializes in life altering changes and body transformations. Jason also has specialties in sport specific training, primarily focusing on speed and strength development for athletes. Jason guarantees results.


Teresa Bartko
Teresa completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dance from Kent State University while serving in the Ohio Army National Guard. She studied Ballet and Modern Dance, and has performed with companies in Ohio and California. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She is also a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist (AAHFRP). She specializes in bridging the gap between healthcare and fitness; working with those with health and rehabilitation issues as well as seniors. She has certifications in Reiki and Meditation and teaches classes in Yoga, Pilates and Functional Fitness (Private and Group). She enjoys working with people of all ages who seek optimal health and wellness.


Michelle Bisconti
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Akron and is a NDEITA certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. She is currently pursuing an advanced certification with the American College of Sports Medicine. A certified aquatics exercise instructor for seven years, Michelle’s areas of expertise include personal training on land as well as the water. Michelle also specializes in weight management, functional training and exercise for core strength and stability.


Belinda Briggs
Belinda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Akron. She holds a personal training certification from AFAA and trains clients of all fitness levels. She is also a certified spin instructor, teaching many different levels of class over the last 4 years.


Erin Conrad
Erin is our Golf Fitness Expert. Erin graduated from Malone University with her Bachelor’s degree in Adult Fitness. She is a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute. Along with golf training, Erin specializes in functional training, sports conditioning, and weight management. Erin is a very experienced Personal Trainer and she enjoys the challenge of taking on clients who are motivated to set life changing health and fitness goals.


Scott Crabiel
Scott is a graduate of Mount Union College. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Scott specializes in transforming bodies as well as helping people break through plateaus.


Ashley Garris
Ashley has a B.S. in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from Anderson University in South Carolina. The past two years she has worked in clinical rehab and physical therapy clinics. She holds a personal training certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine and enjoys helping those transition through post-rehab. Also she enjoys working with special populations and anyone who is looking to have fun exercising.


Michelle Giancarli
After retiring from a career in the medical field to raise her children Michelle became interested in physical fitness. She has been a fitness professional for 10 years and is certified in Aerobics, Personal Training, and Mat Sciences. She inspires her clients to challenge themselves mentally and physically to attain their fitness goals. Michelle specializes in strength and cardiovascular training while maintaining a nutritional environment that supports physical fitness.


Desma Girard, BS, MS
Desma earned two Bachelors degrees from The University of Akron in Health Education, and Community Health & Wellness. She also has a Masters degree in Public Health Promotion. Desma enjoys running and has run in a number of Marathons and half marathons. She enjoys the areas of functional fitness and senior fitness.


Annette Gursky
Annette is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is a graduate of The University of Toledo where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She specializes in assessing and improving core and muscular strength, flexibility, and stability. Implementing her weight loss techniques in addition to each individual’s goals and objectives, she will design a specialized exercise routine that will produce positive results.


Laurie Haramis
Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Akron. She has a personal training certification through FiTour and is also certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Instructor. She enjoys the areas of Senior Fitness, Post-rehab, and total body conditioning, As a certified Red Cross Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor she also enjoys aquatics fitness activities.


Keely Henry, BS
Keely graduated from The University of Cincinnati with her bachelors in Exercise Science. Keely has trained for and run in three marathons including the Chicago Marathon. She is a certified water safety instructor. Keely has been a trainer for over three years.


Ryan Jaworski
Ryan is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). With over two years of experience, Ryan has worked with a wide variety of clientele in reaching their fitness goals. He specializes in weight loss programs for diabetic individuals.


Rob Justine
Rob is a certified personal trainer with over 12 years of experience. He specializes in functional training, sport specific training, and strength and conditioning. Rob is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and improving the quality of their life.


Josh Lamtman B.S.
Josh is a graduate of Kent State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. He enjoys working with people of all ages who are willing to work hard to achieve their goals. Josh has worked with a variety of people that ranges from student athletes to cardiopulmonary rehab patients. He enjoys creating challenging workouts that help clients reach their individual goals.


Laura Locker
Laura is our expert in prenatal/postpartum fitness. Laura holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and a BA in Physical Education, and brings 13+ years of experience as a fitness professional in Ohio and California. She is an ACE certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant and Group Fitness Instructor, and holds additional certifications in prenatal/postpartum fitness and Pilates. She is also a former NBA Dancer, fitness competitor, and fitness spokes model. Her specialties include fitness through pregnancy and after delivery, Pilates, dance conditioning, cheer/dance audition prep, bone loss prevention, aquatic fitness, small group or partner training, and weight management.


Cindy March
Cindy has always led an active life and believed in the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. She recently left her long time career in the computer and internet field to follow her passion in helping people lead a healthy life. Cindy realizes the challenges in balancing a career and family while maintaining good nutrition and exercise habits. Her certification from the National Personal Training Institute in Cleveland provided a great foundation in fitness and nutrition education. Positive thinking, fun and new exercise techniques keep Cindy’s clients motivated. One client described her training style perfectly....”I felt encouraged and challenged, but never judged or embarrassed


Danielle Michel
Danielle is a Kent State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science/Exercise Physiology. She is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. Danielle is known for her versatile, motivating, and challenging programs that are successful in accomplishing goals and preventing frustrating plateaus.


Jenn Noggle
Jenn is our group exercise specialist. Jenn is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Fitness Management. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise in Group Exercise Instruction as well as FiTour certified in Indoor Cycling and Partner Stretching. Jenn specializes in body transformations, functional and sport specific training and total body sculpting. She also enjoys motivating clients of all ages and abilities to make the lifestyle changes and choices necessary to achieve optimal health and wellness.


Christine Olle, BS
Christine has her bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Baldwin-Wallace College. She also attained her masters in Nutrition from The University of Akron. She is certified by the National Athletic Training Association and specializes in weight management, new comers to exercise and sports specific training.


Brian Parana BS, CSCS, AFAA
Brian is a graduate of the University of Akron, holding a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. He has been described as “Akron General’s own AB Man.” Brian is a certified USA Track and Field Coach. He offers exciting, personable and fun training sessions. He offers personal training with results! He specializes in abdominal, lower back training and weight loss.


Greg Simcox, BS
Greg graduated from Youngstown State University with his bachelors in Exercise Science. Greg has extensive background in Athletic training including speed, agility and quickness. His specialties are strength training, weight loss and motivating individuals to achieve a healthier lifestyle.


Tami Van Duyne
Tami graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition/Exercise Science. While attending Ashland she competed on the women’s soccer team. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Her specialties include soccer conditioning, weight loss, total body sculpting, and the senior population.
