Friday Family Fun Night at LifeStyes
Let LifeStyles help you provide some quality time with your family. Families can workout or participate in organized games and activities on Friday nights. Your children will not be required to adhere to dependent hours, so come in together, spend time together. |
KidStyles is a supervised play area for youth 5-12 years old, who are part of a family membership. A qualified attendant is on duty during the hours listed below. Attendants will engage the youth in activities such as Rock Wall climbing, circuit training, gym activities, group games, jump rope, parachute games and free play. Throughout the year, KidStyles youth will have the opportunity to challenge their strength, endurance, coordination and balance through a variety of programming. Successful completion of challenges will result in special recognition!

3:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday
9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

8 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.

9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday:
10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Parent-Supervised, Pre-School Play Time: Parents are welcome to utilize the KidStyles area with their children during the day. Parents must be in the KidStyles area to supervise.
