Akron General Development Foundation is a tax-exempt organization, which encourages and accepts gifts made to Akron General Medical Center. Through funds raised, the Medical Center is able to offer more advanced care for cancer, gynecologic health, heart and vascular diseases, infectious diseases and more. The technology, facility expansion, patient care funds, medical education and clinical research supported by the Foundation help ensure both the quality and the future of healthcare for the community.
