EXCEL
Our strength and power development program helps athletes achieve the explosiveness and strength to excel in their sport. It has three main components - Olympic lifts, squats and core stability.

Our program focuses on speed, balance, coordination and dynamic flexibility. An additional benefit of this type of training is injury prevention.

ACHIEVE

Studies have shown that youth who participate in sports are self-confident and more satisfied with theri physical appearance than those who do not.

How our program works
After an individual sport-specific assessment, a program is designed to improve skills and overall athletic performance. An exercise physiologist works with you one-on-one focusing on the demands fo your sport and what you need to accomplish secifically. At the end of your program, a second assessment will help you measure your gains and identify continual areas of improvement.
