Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Outpatient rehab therapy is located in the Garfield area at Rose Lane, which is easily accessible from the Main Lobby. Outpatient rehabilitation services by Edwin Shaw Rehab began at Rose Lane in October 2007.
Nursing Services
Rose Lane employs compassionate, professional Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses who are experienced in geriatric rehabilitation. All of our nurses aides are specially educated and tested through the state of Ohio.
Garden Gate Alzheimer’s Unit
Rose Lane's Garden Gate Community is a special care unit designated and secured for residents with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia-related illnesses. These residents often require increased nursing care and supervision.
