Akron General's Department of Radiology offers comprehensive diagnostic, nuclear imaging, interventional procedures and radiation oncology services. Our department of more than 200 healthcare professionals performs more than 220,000 exams and procedures each year. Most services are offered at our health centers in Green and Tallmadge, at both Akron General Health & Wellness Centers in west Akron and Stow, as well as the main campus including the Ambulatory Care Center. When patients need us fast, we're here. Most of our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the event of an emergency.
