Objectives:
- To acquaint the student with types of pulmonary problems that exist in the community.
- To improve the student’s ability to evaluate and manage these problems.
Description:
- Take history and physicals on admitted patients.
- See selected consultations.
- Participate in Pulmonary Function Laboratory.
- Participate in fiber optic bronchoscopy.
- Participate in hospital rounds with attending and resident.
- Students may elect to work with any of the faculty by notifying our Medical Education office at the time of application.
