FitStyles for Kids
Food and fitness should be fun - and now it is! FitStyles for kids is a nutrition and fitness enrichment program for kids ages 8-12 and their parents. For eight weeks, kids and their parents attend two classes each week packed with information and the chance to participate in awesome fitness activities, such as water aerobics, group exercise and the rock wall! Parents get tips on meal planning, communicating with kids, positive self-image and getting the family moving. Plus parents receive eight, one-day passes to LifeStyles to enjoy fitness with their kids. A personalized nutrition consultation with a registered dietitian is also included.
LiteStyle-10 Weeks to a Healthier Body
Look better and feel better in ten short weeks. This new kind of program can change your life by changing your lifestyle. You will be coached, instructed, and encouraged by a registered dietitian and a personal trainer who will show you everything from working out to dining out. LifeStyles members receive a reduced program fee.

Nutrition Consultation
Whether you have a specific problem that needs addressed - cholesterol reduction, hypertension, sports nutrition - or simply would like to learn how to improve your health through proper nutrition, meet with one of our registered dietitians to discuss your individual concerns.
Nutrition & Fitness Club
September through May, members of LifeStyles are invited to take part our exciting Nutrition & Fitness Club. Nutritional activities, recipe sharing and informational seminars are all part of the Nutrition & Fitness Club. The club meets on the second Tuesdays of the month from September through May at 5:30 p.m. Registration is required by calling Wellness Services.
Nutrition Orientation
Learn basic nutrition principles at the new member orientation. Contact the LifeStyles front desk for specific dates and times. New members also receive a complimentary 24-hour nutritional analysis to assist with meal planning.
