Your Arrival

Arriving before 5 p.m.

1. Park in the Outpatient Parking Deck
   (adjacent to the glass building). - 303
2. Enter the Ambulatory Care Center (glass
   building) from the parking deck. - 301
3. On the day of your Pre-Surgical Testing,
   please report to the information desk on the
   first floor of the Ambulatory Care Center.

On the day of your Surgery, please report
to the Ambulatory Care Center third floor
receptionist.

Arriving after 5 p.m.

1. Park in the Visitor Parking Deck. - 403
2. Enter the hospital through the main entrance. - 400
3. Check in at Admitting in the main entrance lobby.
